While urban exploring comes with it share of risk, adrenaline and thrill - it also comes with just as many moments that are filled with joy, happiness and so much laughter.
Exploring this home with two close friends felt like a dream. The inner child in all of us immediately surfaced as we made our way through. From fridge pulls to foam heads, it was an explore to be remembered.
The fond memories created here were the best part of this one. The home itself had seen MUCH better days, as most of them tend to. This one was in special need of some life, however temporary, I was happy to have the chance to breathe some life and laughter back in to this home, even if just by being there for a moment.
We forget that everything around us is alive. Even the abandoned things, especially the abandoned things. They only exist because of life that once was, and somehow, these things, these homes, they long for connection, to be valued, exploring these places without ruining them is our way of giving a little life back to something that's been eager to have it, even if for a moment.
