If you don't know Abandoned Southeast or his work, odds are you're new to Urbex or you live under a rock. One of the first photographers who's work I've admired, to this day, no one else comes close to the authenticity, quality and memorable shots of abandoned places - Leland, in addition, is one of the most down to earth and charismatic people I have had the honor of speaking to.

I waited for a very long time for Leland to agree to be on the podcast so when he did, you can imagine my excitement as one of his biggest fans.
