Abandoned Observatory

Abandoned in rural South Carolina, rumor has it this was once an old graining mill - or something of the sort - in more recent days, it was said to have been in the works of being converted in to an observatory - before the owner fell ill and was unable to complete the project. Now it stands as a shell of what it once was, with the potential to be something both unique and timeless.
